1 large head cabbage (about 2 lbs.)
1/2 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons beer
1/8 teaspoon pepper
• Cut cabbage into 6 wedges leaving wedges attached at base. Place on 24 x 18 inch heavy duty foil.
• Divide corned beef into 6 equal portions and place between wedges. Sprinkle cabbage with beer and pepper. Wrap and seal.
• Cook 30-45 minutes with the lid down or until the cabbage is tender.
