1. I have just bought a GrillPro Thermometer Meat Fork Model 13800. I want to barbecue a beef roast and a whole chicken. When I stick the Meat Fork into the roast or chicken, where is the best place to check temperatures? Does the meat fork read at it`s very end points or all along the 2 stainless steel probes?

The model and serial numbers are located on the gas caution sticker. This sticker is located in one of two locations, either on the bottom shelf down by the wheels, or on the rear cart support bar, located on the back of the barbecue just below the bottom casting.
